Uploaded by the author, WinChanger is a Windows add-on for customizing system-menus. System-menus are accessed by clicking in the upper-left corner of most windows. This allows quick switching to any other window even with all windows maximized. WinChanger can make you a lot more productive and a lot less frustrated.

WinChanger features include the ability to add or remove options from your basic system menues. These include;

Optionally ADDED to system-menus:
  Favorite programs to run
  Other windows to switch to (including hidden windows)
  Make window stay-on-top, move-to-back, or hide.
  Exit or Restart Windows without an annoying confirmation-prompt.
  Activate ScreenSaver.
  Display time, date, memory, resources.

Optionally REMOVED from menus:
  Unnecessary Grayed items.
  Redundant Switch To... entry

WinChanger also includes the PROGRAM INITIATOR which permits running programs by Program Manager group/item, directory/filename, run-history, or from a list of favorite programs.  Programs may be run maximized, minimized, invisible (or normal) in any size at any location, stay-on-top or hidden.
